MASSAGE
Appointment options for massage are listed below by session length in 2 categories:
First-time clients: find an appointment that says "First visit" before your preferred session length. First time clients are asked to pay in advance.
Existing clients: scroll down to find an appointment that says "Existing clients" before your preferred session length. Existing clients can pay at the time of the session.
Gift Certificates: if you are redeeming a gift certificate, choose an appointment as an existing client.
Breathing room: If you can plan for an extra 10 minutes, I really like to learn a little bit about you and how I can best of service before you get on the table. If you need to be somewhere afterwards, please let me know if there is a time by which you need to leave so I can plan accordingly and make sure that you don't have to rush!
Scheduling challenges: If you have any challenges finding an appointment time that works for you, please contact me as I may have times available that are not listed in the portal.
Short-notice appointments: The system will not let you book short-notice appointments. If you are hoping to get a next-day appointment or even one on the same day (less likely, but still possible!), don't hesitate to get in touch.
REVEAL
REVEAL is a guided embodiment journey back to yourself.
It is an invitation for you to carve a space out of your busy life to practice listening to and honoring your body. It is an opportunity to receive the gifts that she has to offer.
This offering is a blend of guided meditation, intuitive movement and creative visualization set to a curated playlist. What you will actually be doing is a mystery, because you will listen to your body moment by moment, honoring her needs and her wants. You might stretch, you might dance, you might care for parts needing your attention, you might lie on the floor the entire time.
Allow yourself to peel back layers of resistance and limiting beliefs, revealing the truth of who you are and what you really want.
This offering is for women only. Wear clothing comfortable to move in, including a layer or two just in case. There are only 10 yoga mats available at Yobe, so if you have one to bring, please do! You might also want to bring a soft pillow or cozy blanket as well to increase your comfort.

COACHING

MINI-RETREATS
I offer outdoor mini-retreats when weather permits for small groups of 4-5 women include an opening circle, use of hot tub and outdoor shower, bath sheets and towels, lounge chairs and resting area, beverages & light snacks, closing circle. Bodywork sessions can be added as well.
