REVEAL is a guided embodiment journey back to yourself.

It is an invitation for you to carve space and time out of your busy life to practice listening to and honoring your body and her guidance. It is:

~a space to slow down, soften and practice honoring your body and her guidance

~a space to feel into what you truly desire, as opposed to what you you think you want or should want

~a space to remember and reconnect with the magic that lives inside of you

REVEAL 2.0 is a blend of guided meditation, somatic practices, intuitive movement and creative visualization set to a curated playlist. You will also learn and practice a key foundational framework to work with the sensations that arise.

Every session will include time for intuitive movement, where you will listen to your body moment by moment, honoring her needs and her wants. You might stretch, you might dance, you might care for parts needing your attention, you might lie on the floor the entire time.

This work meets you wherever you are and brings you back into yourself. In this space, every part of you is welcomed and celebrated. Nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Just you, fully here.

Allow yourself to peel back layers of resistance and limiting beliefs, revealing the truth of who you are and what you really want.

This space is for women and femmes only. Dress in clothing comfortable and pleasurable to move in.
