REVEAL is a guided embodiment journey back to yourself.

It is an invitation for you to carve space out of your busy life to practice listening to and honoring your body. It is an opportunity to receive the gifts that she has to offer. 

This offering is a blend of guided meditation, intuitive movement and creative visualization set to a curated playlist.  What you will actually be doing is a mystery, because you will listen to your body moment by moment, honoring her needs and her wants.  You might stretch, you might dance, you might care for parts needing your attention, you might lie on the floor the entire time.

Allow yourself to peel back layers of resistance and limiting beliefs, revealing the truth of who you are and what you really want.

This space is for women only. Dress in clothing comfortable to move in.
